Submit a deletion request
Email us from the Google account used to sign in to Clipboard. If you cannot use that email, explain why and provide enough information for us to verify that you control the account.
Request account deletionSupport email: support@the1studio.app
What happens next
- We acknowledge the request and may ask you to verify account ownership.
- We identify the Firebase account and synced Clipboard data associated with it.
- After verification, we delete or de-identify account data under our control and request deletion from processors where appropriate.
- We confirm when the request is complete. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days unless law, security, or technical constraints require more time.
Data covered by the request
A verified account-deletion request generally covers:
- Your Clipboard authentication account.
- Synced clips, titles, tags, folders, favorites, and related organization data.
- Service identifiers linked to the Clipboard account where deletion is available and appropriate.
Data that may remain
- Clipboard data stored only on your devices; remove it by deleting local app data or uninstalling the app.
- App-store purchase and transaction records controlled by Apple or Google.
- Limited records retained for fraud prevention, security, tax, accounting, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.
- Encrypted backups that expire according to service-provider retention schedules.
Cancel subscriptions separately
Deleting your Clipboard account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in the store account that bills you before or after requesting deletion.
Delete individual clips without deleting your account
You can delete individual clips using Clipboard's delete or trash controls. You can also disable optional Android clipboard monitoring in Clipboard or Android accessibility settings.
